Manchester United can book a place in next season’s Champions League by lifting the Europa League trophy(the only silverware missing in United’s trophy cabinet) in the big clash against Ajax in Stockholm.
United finished their Premier League campaign in sixth place, in the other hand the Dutch side finished their campaign in second position. Jose Mourinho side will join the likes of Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester City in the group stage of Champions League if they win.

MANCHESTER UNITED – Eric Bailly who played (1861 minutes) for the Old Trafford side in 2017 and has been thriving this season under Jose Mourinho will not be included in this match due to suspension. Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Marcos Rojo, Ashley Young and Luke Shaw are all out injured. Chris Smalling and Marouane Fellaini are doubts. Phil Jones is favorite to deputise Eric Bailly at centre back.
AJAX- The Dutch side have no crisp harm concerns having not played since May 14. Ajax are relied upon to handle one of the most youthful sides ever – the average age of their squad is bit more than 22 years of age. The Dutch monsters have been in great form generally and have not endured any significant injuries that may hamper their arrangements for the Final on May 24.

Jose Mourinho- The 53 year old did not speak to media due to the terror attack in Manchester, but has shared his feeling on this tragic incident “We are all very sad about the tragic events; we cannot take out of our minds and our hearts the victims and their families,” said Mourinho.

Peter Bosz- The 53-year-old shares his feeling on Manchester terror attack “What happened yesterday in Manchester was something that we all feel. On behalf of the players, staff and everyone at Ajax, we would like to express our sympathy with the victims that unfortunately fell,” he said.
“The feeling that prevails for me is that the final doesn’t have this glow that it should have. Tomorrow evening should be a football feast, but because of the events in Manchester we are all affected.
The Ajax coach also said that United will be confronted by “the Ajax way” in Stockholm.
