Current women’s badminton world no 1 Tai Tzu Ying  defeated South Korean SUNG Ji Hyun who is current world no 5 in badminton ranking in the Semi finals of the Malaysia Super Series badminton.   It took an hour and 15 minutes to finish the match but the World No.1 Tai Tzu Ying  wrap the match after losing first game  20-22, 21-13, 21-12.

Tai Tzu has a chance to put her hands on the exclusive trophy in Kuching! Tai Tzu Ying, who winning the recently-concluded All England Championships in Birmingham. Her opponent for tomorrow is not yet confirmed as Carolina Marin plays Nozomi Okuhara later in the day.

After this win Tai Tzu Ying settle the head to head record 4-4 against SUNG Ji Hyun.
