Dabrowski had never been on the same court for a match – as partners or opponents, playing first tournament together Xu Yifan and Gabriela Dabrowski won first title. May be the two were likely to reconsider and reunite.

Indo-Czech pair who was favourite for today’s match started match with early lead but Xu Yifan and Gabriela Dabrowski react with immediate strong come back in first set and in match. Didn’t given much room to errors and opportunity to Sania Mirza and Barbora Strycova to come back in match.
Sania Mirza, however, won the Brisbane Open title this year, in January, teaming up with Bethanie Mattek-Sands.
Mirza said she’s more focused on winning tournaments than on regaining the No. 1 ranking, currently held by Bethanie Mattek-Sands of the U.S.
